As an Application Lead, your day revolves around steering the design, development, and configuration of applications. You serve as the central liaison for all project-related communications, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and team members. Your role involves coordinating efforts to meet project goals while managing priorities and addressing challenges that arise during the application lifecycle. You actively engage with various teams to facilitate smooth progress and deliver solutions that meet business needs effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
