Our Methodology
Every data point is
verified before it goes live
Lanverse is only useful if the data is trustworthy. That is why every salary report, company review, and job listing goes through a manual verification and admin approval process before it is published.
The Process
How verification works
A four-step process from submission to publication.
Submission
A professional submits a review, salary report, or job listing through Lanverse. All submissions are anonymous — we never ask for your name or employee ID.
Verification
Our team reviews each submission for accuracy, relevance, and completeness. Salary figures, role titles, locations, and experience levels are all cross-checked.
Admin Approval
Only after passing verification does a submission get approved and published. Incomplete, inaccurate, or guideline-violating submissions are rejected.
Live on Lanverse
Approved data is published and becomes part of the Lanverse dataset. Salary records, reviews, and jobs are kept current — outdated entries are removed.
Why It Matters
What verification means for you
Unverified data leads to bad career decisions. Here is what our process protects you from.
Accurate salary decisions
When you negotiate an offer, you need real numbers — not inflated figures someone posted to brag. Every salary on Lanverse is verified to be realistic for the role, company, and location.
Honest company culture
A review written by a PR team sounds very different from one written by an actual employee. Our verification ensures reviews reflect real workplace experiences — not marketing copy.
No fake job listings
Fake jobs waste your time and damage trust. Every listing on Lanverse is verified to be a real, active opportunity before it appears — so you apply with confidence.
Protected anonymity
Contributors share honestly because they know their identity is protected. We never store identifying information with submissions — anonymity is the foundation of trust on Lanverse.

Rejection Criteria
What we do not publish
Knowing what gets rejected helps you understand what gets approved.
Inflated salary figures
Numbers that are clearly above market rate for the role and location.
Promotional reviews
Content that reads like marketing copy rather than a genuine employee experience.
Personal attacks
Reviews that target individuals rather than the workplace or company culture.
Spam job listings
Listings without proper role details, contact information, or that are already closed.
Duplicate submissions
The same review or salary report submitted multiple times from the same source.
Unverifiable claims
Submissions containing claims that cannot be cross-checked for accuracy.
FAQ
Common questions
Everything you need to know about how Lanverse handles data.
How long does verification take?
Most submissions are reviewed within 24–48 hours. During high-volume periods it may take up to 72 hours. You will not receive a notification — simply check back after a couple of days.
Can I submit anonymously?
Yes. All submissions on Lanverse are anonymous. We do not ask for your name, employee ID, or any personally identifying information. Your anonymity is protected at every step.
What happens if my submission is rejected?
Rejected submissions are simply not published. We do not notify individual contributors of rejections. If your submission was rejected, review our guidelines and re-submit with more complete or accurate information.
Can companies remove reviews about them?
No. Companies cannot request the removal of legitimate reviews. We only remove content that violates our guidelines — such as personal attacks, spam, or verifiably false claims. Honest workplace experiences stay published.
How do you verify salary figures are accurate?
We cross-check submitted salary figures against market data for the specific role, company size, location, and experience level. Figures that fall significantly outside expected ranges for the context are rejected.
