In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure SAP IBP Order-Based Planning, covering Response and Supply.
Design and optimize supply planning processes using heuristics and/or optimizer solutions.
Manage IBP master data, planning models, and integration with SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
Analyze and resolve supply planning and order fulfillment issues.
Lead business workshops, testing, and user training activities.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP IBP capabilities within the OBP space

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
