This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system irregularities and delivering timely solutions to maintain seamless business operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and ensuring that critical systems function efficiently to support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP GRC modules.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within SAP environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
