- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software components to meet project objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within Salesforce environments.
- In-depth understanding of integration patterns and best practices for connecting Salesforce with external systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce applications for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
