Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:
Design, develop, and maintain production-grade backend services using Node.js
Own the PostgreSQL database layer — schema design, query optimisation, light DBA tasks
Administer AWS infrastructure: EKS cluster management, API Gateway, CloudWatch alerting, Lambda
Manage CI/CD pipelines — ArgoCD, Helm chart authoring, kubectl, Tilt dev environments, Jenkins failure debugging
Diagnose and resolve application performance issues including backend DB query profiling and code-level tracing
Implement and maintain REST API security standards (SSO, oAuth, PAT, RBAC)
Maintain Docker images, manage code dependencies, versioning, and release packaging
Handle basic Linux administration, file system configuration, and network connectivity troubleshooting
