Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and reporting within cloud-based human capital management systems.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights through reporting tools.
- Familiarity with business intelligence concepts and best practices in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
