Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:
As a ServiceNow Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality within the application environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Development / Tester- Flow designer, Reports & Dashboards.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configuration options.
- Experience with integration using APIs and web services within ServiceNow.
- Ability to develop and customize workflows and automation using low-code tools.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control in packaged applications.
- Good problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
