Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ControlM Administration.
- Experience in managing job scheduling, monitoring, and automation using ControlM tools.
- Ability to optimize workflows and improve system efficiency through effective job control.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and failures.
- Familiarity with integrating ControlM with various enterprise applications and platforms.
- Capability to maintain and update ControlM environments ensuring minimal downtime.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ControlM Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
