Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of applications.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment on Amazon Web Services platforms.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements within cloud ecosystems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
