The engineer plays a vital role in maintaining the health of critical applications, ensuring that business functions run smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong knowledge of database management and system integration within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP HANA systems.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
