Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle methodologies including agile and iterative approaches.
- Ability to design and implement custom modules and enhancements within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to supply chain management software.
- Experience with integration of enterprise applications and data flow optimization.
- Competence in performance tuning and ensuring scalability of software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
