- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application support tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging.
- Experience in creating, testing, and deploying software packages across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of software deployment processes and lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to diagnose application issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline packaging and deployment tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Application Packaging.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
