What would you do? The Customer Service Advisor role supports a large, global, client in the energy sector, delivered through Accenture’s Customer Operations function. The role is part of a multi-channel customer service operation, providing support to end users (B2B and B2C) while ensuring strict adherence to client contractual requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and data privacy obligations.
What are we looking for? 12+ years in IT delivery, with at least 4 years leading ServiceNow implementations end-to-end.• Proven SI delivery track record — fixed-price or fixed-milestone programs with contractual accountability and direct client-facing ownership.• Strong commercial acumen: bottoms-up estimation, effort-to-price translation, and change control in an SI context.• Hands-on experience shifting teams from agile/ops delivery models to structured SI ways of working.• Excellent onsite and executive stakeholder management — credible and confident in steering committees and C-suite forums.• Multi-methodology delivery depth: SI (Waterfall/Milestone-based), Agile, and Hybrid — and judgment on when to apply each.• Sisense knowledge.• Experience deploying AI or GenAI tooling within a delivery context — Agentic workflows, AI-assisted testing, intelligent PM.• ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, or platform certifications).• Background in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.• Familiarity with JIRA, X-Ray, ADO, or equivalent test and PM tooling in an SI context.
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility• The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives• Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters• Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments• Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility• Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
