Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database design and development using SQL Server.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Experience in version control systems and collaborative development environments.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
