Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks impacting service delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining IT production environments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve service objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Asset Management.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
