Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will resolve incidents and problems across various business system components, ensuring operational stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing Requests for Change, and updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness. You will also work closely with vendors and service management teams to analyze and resolve issues, contributing to a seamless operational flow and improved service delivery.
- Working knowledge of Ansible, Python, Terraform, Power Shell, Unix shell, SQL, VB Scripting and/or other programming or scripting languages
- Work with the onshore counterpart and be as a point of contact for all automation related activities
- Proactively work with the deliver team to identify opportunities of improvement
- Handle a team of automation scripters, balancing the work effort
- Have a broader perspective of understanding of technologies / market driven initiatives / out of the box automation available.
- Work with tools team / reporting team / knowledge management team collaborate to identify and test automations, before moving to production
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express complex ideas, designs and issues to both technical and non-technical team members
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment with a focus on exceptional service delivery
- Skills Required:
- Operating System: Linux, Windows
- Container Technologies: OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes
- DevOps Tools: Chef, Jenkins
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
- Deep Knowledge of SOA Architecture.
- Deep knowledge and experience in automating/scripting Middleware and Infrastructure
- Scripting Languages: Ansible, Python, Terraform, Power Shell,(Detailed knowledge of either of them is a must)
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud Formation is a must

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
- Experience with process automation tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of system integration and API management.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
