Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding and coordinating a diverse team of engineers focused on creating technical solutions that address complex challenges and support organizational goals. This role requires overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and managing costs effectively. The position demands collaboration across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. Additionally, the role includes organizing resources and aligning efforts to successfully deliver engineering and construction projects, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their professional growth and technical capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain transparency and address challenges promptly.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Technical Publication.
- Strong knowledge of engineering documentation standards and best practices.
- Experience in managing technical content related to manufacturing, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information clearly and accurately.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical project coordination.
- Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to produce cohesive technical publications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Automotive Technical Publication.
- This position is based at our BDC4U - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
