Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation related to software components and processes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software to enhance performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting virtual desktop infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of system integration and deployment within virtualized environments.
- Ability to monitor and optimize performance of virtual applications and desktops.
- Familiarity with security best practices related to virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Skilled in automating routine tasks and managing configurations in Citrix environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
