This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to application support environments.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software deployments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with configuration management and software update processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
