Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer develops infrastructure and platform environments and creates proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align architecture with organizational goals is also a key part of the daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of cloud migration strategies to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of cloud solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and validate cloud architectures for scalability and performance.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for cloud environment provisioning.
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud integration and multi-cloud strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
