Integrated Operations Partner – Workforce Catalysts, Talent

Role Summary

The Integrated Operations Partner – Workforce Catalyst exists to provide the operational infrastructure and cross-functional coordination the Workforce Catalyst network needs to activate and scale effectively across Reinvention Partners. As the Catalyst function matures, this role serves as the primary Integrated Operations touchpoint for the network — helping translate the emerging Catalyst operating model into disciplined, connected execution while keeping that work anchored to Talent RP's broader priorities, governance, and operating rhythm. Unlike other IO Partner roles serving established segments, this role carries an explicit responsibility to help build the operational conditions for Catalyst success while simultaneously supporting activation and performance visibility across the network. The role works closely with the Associate IO Lead and interfaces directly with Catalyst network leadership, Offering Development, Growth & Strategy, and Sales Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating model activation — supports the development and operationalization of the Workforce Catalyst operating model, helping establish consistent ways of working, clear expectations, and scalable activation approaches across functional Catalyst leads and their respective Reinvention Partner contexts
• Funding and investment coordination — supports Growth Arena funding opportunities across the Catalyst network, coordinating investment requests, tracking funding status, and ensuring Catalyst leads have the operational support needed to develop, submit, and manage funding cases through the appropriate governance processes
• GTM activation and performance visibility — translates Catalyst GTM priorities into integrated execution support, tracking activation progress across Reinvention Partners, surfacing performance signals and adoption gaps, and providing Catalyst network leadership with a clear, current view of what is working and where intervention is needed
• Cross-functional coordination — acts as the connective tissue between Workforce Catalysts, Offering Leads, and Offering Development — including coordination of workforce reinvention content integration into Reinvention Studio — ensuring that Catalyst-facing priorities are coherently supported rather than fragmented across functions
• IO system navigation — ensures the Catalyst network benefits from the full range of IO and central LEAP capabilities, representing Catalyst needs in broader Talent RP prioritization conversations and ensuring execution gaps are surfaced and resolved through the right channels

What This Role Does Not Do

• Does not own Workforce Catalyst strategy, content development, or Growth Arena decision-making — strategy and investment priority decisions remain with Catalyst network leadership and Talent RP leadership
• Does not provide individualized 1:1 support to each Catalyst lead — focus is on network-wide priorities, patterns, and activation rather than bespoke support for individual Catalyst engagements
• Does not duplicate capabilities owned within Offering Development, Sales Excellence, Growth & Strategy, or other functional teams — the role coordinates and enables rather than owns functional delivery
• Does not own Reinvention Studio content or development — the role coordinates Catalyst input and integration with Offering Development, not the Studio build itself
• Does not act as an ad hoc problem-solver for one-off requests — emphasis is placed on scalable, repeatable approaches that work across the full Catalyst network

Profile for Success

• Credible senior operator with strong business judgment and the ability to build trusted relationships across an emerging, matrixed network without a fully defined leadership hierarchy in place
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity — able to help build an operating model while simultaneously supporting its activation, without waiting for perfect conditions to add value
• Strong systems thinker who can connect funding, activation, performance, and content workstreams into a coherent operational picture rather than managing them as separate tracks
• Skilled at coordinating across multiple stakeholders simultaneously — Catalyst leads, Offering Leads, IO leadership, and central functions — with clarity and low friction
• Commercially minded with an appreciation for GTM execution, investment governance, and performance visibility as connected disciplines rather than separate activities
• Highly collaborative and low-ego, with a bias toward building scalable approaches rather than bespoke solutions — and the confidence to establish structure where little currently exists
• Experience in workforce transformation, talent strategy, or a related domain is a strong advantage given the subject matter context of the Catalyst function
