Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
- Experience in implementing data quality and data security frameworks.
- Ability to develop and enforce policies related to data usage and compliance.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies that support data governance initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess data risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Databricks, Collibra, Alation, Unity catalogue is required
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
