Project Role Description : Build and test agile and cost effective hosting solutions. Implement scalable, high performance hosting solutions that meet the need of todays corporate and digital applications using both private and public cloud technologies. Develop and deliver legacy infrastructure transformation and migration to drive next-generation business outcomes.

As a Modernization Engineer, a typical day involves designing and validating innovative hosting solutions that are both agile and cost-efficient. The role requires focusing on creating scalable and high-performance environments tailored to support contemporary corporate and digital applications. This includes working with a variety of cloud technologies, both private and public, to ensure seamless infrastructure transformation. The position also involves overseeing the migration of legacy systems to modern platforms, enabling organizations to achieve advanced business objectives and maintain competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance hosting solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and project timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable data architectures that support cloud-based hosting environments.
- Experience in developing and optimizing data models for both private and public cloud infrastructures.
- Ability to analyze complex legacy systems and design transformation strategies for migration.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to align data models with business requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
