Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely resolution of challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and best practices related to Oracle databases.
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable PLSQL code to support complex business logic.
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing PLSQL code for high availability systems.
- Familiarity with integrating PLSQL procedures and functions within larger software applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
