As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Deliver value reviews that connect Viva solutions to customer business outcomes and priorities
2. Drive measurable business value and outcomes beyond product usage
3. Lead ROI discussions and advise on AI-enabled business transformation
4. Lead implementation and deployment of Viva Glint
5. Troubleshoot issues and ensure successful system integration
6. Deliver 1:1 and 1:many workshops to support Viva Glint adoption and action planning
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Willingness to learn new features and functionality of all Viva applications and M365 Copilot.
2. Strong understanding of data governance and security practices for all Viva applications and M365 Copilot.
3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
4. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 7+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
