Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of support processes.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Datadog.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing system performance using Datadog tools and dashboards.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and applications.
- Strong understanding of incident management and root cause analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and its impact on application performance.
- Capability to work with logs, metrics, and traces to identify and resolve system anomalies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Datadog.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
