- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline incident management processes and improve response times.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and issue resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components and protocols.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex network environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose issues.
- Skilled in coordinating with various technical teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for maintaining high availability and reliability of network services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
