- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize system downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure components and protocols.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise-level network systems.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
