Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations, SD-WAN Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols to support enterprise environments.
- Experience in monitoring and managing network performance and security.
- Ability to analyze complex system logs and troubleshoot multi-layered network issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
