Summary
Ideal candidate should be a highly skilled Network L3 Engineer to provide end-to-end support, management, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across global environments. The role requires strong expertise in advanced routing, switching, security, load balancing, and data center networking technologies, with a focus on operational excellence, incident resolution, automation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide L3-level support for network and network security infrastructure covering Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Ensure high availability and performance of network services across WAN, LAN, Data Center, and Wireless environments.
Lead P1/P2 incident troubleshooting bridges, drive resolution, and provide clear RCA.
Manage and implement network changes in adherence to ITIL processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application, security, infrastructure, client and vendors for issue resolution and improvements.
Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, configurations, runbooks, standard operating procedure and inventory.
Perform regular health checks, proactively identify risks, and ensure service continuity.
Participate in governance forums including daily shift handover stand-up call, CAB, weekly reviews, and client meetings.
Drive automation and efficiency improvements in network operations.
