Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Good to have skills : Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. The role focuses on accelerating project timelines by embedding quality throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing efforts covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The position also involves developing and implementing automation strategies, creating automated test scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing enhancements to the testing process, ensuring high standards are maintained across all stages of development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing, Functional Test Planning, Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex system requirements to design effective test scenarios.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and methodologies to ensure accurate reporting and resolution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
