Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience in designing test strategies that align with complex software architectures.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical requirements to develop effective test plans.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Competence in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies within testing processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
