Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud DevOps Services.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration and management within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to distributed systems and microservices.
- Experience with automation and scripting to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to proactively detect and address system anomalies.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
