Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve incident response processes and enhance system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their problem-solving and technical skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously under pressure.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident tracking systems to ensure timely resolution.
- Capability to document incidents and solutions clearly for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Incident Management.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
