Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the delivery of Information Technology Infrastructure Library service operations processes. Your typical day will involve managing and coordinating various ITIL processes, ensuring that incidents are resolved efficiently, changes are implemented smoothly, and configurations are maintained accurately. You will also focus on problem management and release management, contributing to the overall stability and performance of IT services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of process changes and updates.
- Support the team in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Incident Management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in managing service requests and incidents effectively.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
