- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with system integration and troubleshooting within complex IT environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize infrastructure services to enhance software performance.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes related to infrastructure services.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
