Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in InRiver Product Information Management.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern programming frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integration of software solutions across diverse systems and platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in InRiver Product Information Management.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
