Collaboration with different teams and managing multiple client requirements are integral parts of the role, ensuring that software solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with project goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of deployment automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.
- Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices within containerized environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
