Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes actively participating in the design and customization of software solutions to align with business process requirements and application needs. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that software configurations are effectively implemented and maintained, supporting seamless business operations and enhancing system functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software configurations with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Monitor and review software customization processes to maintain quality and compliance.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Experience in software configuration management and customization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide effective solutions in complex environments.
