Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires the consistent application of established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands coordination across various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to keep the program on track and within scope.
