The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and technological advancements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate diverse components into a cohesive system is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that the architecture supports both current and future organizational goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align technology strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and platform integration techniques.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance system architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to technology architecture.
