Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of software applications.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve software and system issues effectively.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning in a Linux environment.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to diagnose problems accurately.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational workflows.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Linux.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
