Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and troubleshooting in distributed applications.
- Ability to analyze complex system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud architectures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
