As an Application Lead, your day revolves around steering the design, development, and configuration of applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You serve as the central liaison for all project-related communications, coordinating efforts across teams and stakeholders to drive project success. Your role involves overseeing the application lifecycle from inception to deployment, addressing challenges proactively, and facilitating collaboration to meet project goals efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of application components.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and manage expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of version control systems and release management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment and configuration.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools to streamline development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
