Throughout the day, collaboration with multiple teams and guiding the implementation of key projects are essential to ensure successful outcomes and sustained business improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive the development and refinement of business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
