Project Role : Cloud Platform Engineer
Project Role Description : Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.

Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate with both cloud and traditional infrastructure. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments and creates proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align architecture with business needs and continuous evaluation of system performance are also key aspects of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME for MAC devices support.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to maintain high availability and performance.
- Document architecture designs and deployment processes for knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members in understanding cloud platform concepts and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Subject Matter expertise on Microsoft Intune- Hands on experience in Intune
Good knowledge on MAC OS management and support using Intune/JAMF/Mosyle
Configuration of Service Application, Device enrolment programs, app protection policies and troubleshooting issues.
Configuration of Security and compliance policies
Able to resolve issues related multiple Device OS platforms
Troubleshooting Intune L1, L2 & L3 issues
Providing Root Cause Analysis for intune incidents.
Writing Standard Operational Documentation
Configuration of SSL Certificates.
Well conversant with PowerShell.
Good Knowledge on AAD proxy setup and configuration.
Optional Skills :
Knowledge of Active Directory.
Knowledge of Exchange (Online and On-premise)
Knowledge of Conditional access
Understanding of Hardware and Network Load Balancer.
Knowledge of IIS and their related tasks which are required for SharePoint.
An understanding of patch management software.
Familiarity with Backup software and strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
