Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise mobility and security solutions.
- Strong knowledge of device management, configuration policies, and compliance settings.
- Ability to analyze logs and system data to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based management platforms and integration with other IT services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
