In the role of a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development within business intelligence platforms.
- Experience in integrating data from multiple sources to create comprehensive and actionable insights.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with API usage and low-code platforms to extend application functionality and automate workflows.
- Competence in collaborating with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
