Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of database management, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues related to database connectivity and data integrity.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data availability and security.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to identify root causes of application failures.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
